The production activities in the province’s FDI enterprises

In 2019, the province strengthened its inspection, examination and supervision of taxpayers’ tax declaration; regularly inspected activities and fought with losses of tax revenue in the field of food and drink, trade and services. In addition, the province reviewed and urged enterprises to actively pay sufficient taxes according to the law.

The total budget revenues in 2019 reached the estimate assigned by the provincial People’s Council. However, in terms of structure a large proportion of these revenues mainly came from land revenues like water surface lease of 220% and collection of land use fees of 333%.

Also, the revenues from production and business activities that account for a large proportion of domestic revenues were low.
