As planned, Dong Nai is expected to keep reviewing
and proposing to complete the system of legal documents on the State management
of chemical activities; strengthening coordination, disseminating propaganda
activities, raising the public awareness of obeying legal provisions in chemical
activities; improve the managerial skills of the State management officials in
the province’s management of chemical activities as well as the management of
chemicals in chemical operation facilities; strengthening inspection,
examination, settlement of violations of chemical activities; and setting
orientations, preventing and responding to chemical incidents.
The provincial People’s Committee asked the People’s
Committees of districts, Long Khanh town and Bien Hoa city to host and
coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade and concerned agencies to
perform the State management tasks of the chemical activities under local
authorities’ management.
