The project of “Assist women to start up their businesses in 2017-2025” of the government in the province is aimed at competing the goal by 2025 to help with the establishment of at least 20 collective economic models, and 350 women to start up their businesses; giving assistance to 100% of newly established women’s businesses; assisting with the development of businesses; and establishing the provincial Women’s Business Association.

Regarding the project of “Assist and develop private independent children care groups in industrial zones and export processing zones by 2020”, the Executive Board of the Project has conducted a survey of support needs, completion, and new establishment of children care groups at 100 private child care facilities; organized training courses for more than 3,800 officials of all sectors, levels, managers, teachers, and people in charge of child care in private independent groups in a number of localities where a large number of workers are concentrated.

The scheme in phase 2 will have 80% of officials, teachers, and nurses of private independent child care groups in local areas get trained about child care skills; 70% of children under 36 months of age in the project be sent to child care groups under assured management and quality.

For the project of “Disseminate propaganda and education activities and call for and assist women to participate in solving some social issues related to women in the period of 2017-2027”, the activities to raise women’s awareness and knowledge will be held to help reduce negative impacts, improve women’s life quality, and contribute to carrying out the province’s socio-economic development goals.
