Dong Nai is the gateway of the southern key economic
region with many national arterial roads that run through the province, leading
to the strong growth of the province’s passenger and cargo transport activities
by cars. Up to now, there have been more than 400 enterprises, cooperatives, and
transport businesses with more than 5,000 cars of all kinds and the third
largest number of business cars in the country just after Ho Chi Minh city and
Hanoi. Therefore, the government’s Decree no. 10 and the Ministry of Transport’s
Circular no. 12 are issued within this year to meet the practical requirements
for the current situation, especially the strong application of technology in
the state management of transport businesses by cars and the further enhancement
of preserving traffic safety and order.
