Council hears the investor report the project
The project "Drainage and wastewater treatment
system for Long Thanh town, priority stage" includes the wastewater collection
system of Phuoc Hai, Van Hai areas and a part of Kim Son area. The wastewater
treatment station is located in Kim Son area with an area of 1.5ha, in which,
building a wastewater treatment line with a capacity of 1000m3 / day and night
serving the priority period, the rest is stored for development. next stage with
a total investment of over 102 billion.
Regarding wastewater treatment technology, the
project has selected the continuous batch circulation activated sludge (SBR)
technology because of its outstanding advantages such as: low investment cost;
small land acquisition area; works that allow building blocks; The output
quality meets the regulations, especially allowing N, P to be thoroughly
processed; allowing overload operation for BOD / COD input, stable operation
even when not enough capacity and easy to expand capacity; simple operation and
maintenance; the technology is widely popular, advanced, and in line with the
trend.
Members of the Council basically agree with the
technology chosen by the project, but the investor is required to supplement and
clarify the shortcomings that the Council requires.
Speaking at the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Huynh
Minh Hau, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, Chairman
of the Council proposed the unit to complete the file according to the comments
of the Council to the Department of Science and Technology technology
certification documents.
