- Xuan Bac
Commune is located 24 km north of Xuan Loc District center, 75 km from Bien Hoa
City. The commune is crossed by the provincial road 763, with total length of 8
km.

TOPOGRAPHY
The commune
has relatively flat topography of which 98 percent has a less-than-8-percent
slope and gradually lowers, from the northwest to southeast direction. Currently
it is in the growing season of fruit, rice and short-termed crops.

The commune is
located in the tropical near-equatorial monsoon climate with two seasons in a
year.
The rainy
season lasts from May and October. Average temperatures: 25.4 degrees Celsius
with a large amount of sunshine (5.7 to 6 hours per day on average).
