The reality of land use: agricultural land is mainly
planted with perennial crops like avocados, durians, pepper, rubber, and cashew
that are consistent with the current state of the soil; residential and
special-use land are mainly used for housing purposes in rural areas;
special-use land for construction of office buildings, land for construction of
non-business projects, land for non-agricultural production and business, land
for public purposes, land for religious beliefs, and land for cemeteries,
graveyards, rivers, canals are in line with the current land use.
