1. Agricultural production and rural economic development:

All classes of people join hands in building a new and improved countryside.

- Focusing on promoting economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic.

- Continuing to implement 19 newly- enhanced rural criteria; focusing on disseminate propaganda information to officials, Party members and all classes of people and calling for them to join hands in building a new and improved countryside to mobilize all resources for socio-economic development and improve people’s life; promoting the implementation of the “Bright - green - clean - beautiful - safe – civilized” plan.

- Continuing to monitor the harvest of crops; monitoring livestock development and prevention of diseases on cattle and poultry; strengthening the inspection of veterinary hygiene and the operation of slaughtering facilities and meat traders in markets.

- Conducting re-inspection at livestock producers and asking for their commitment to relocation; continuing to disseminate propaganda information and mobilizing livestock households to move out of residential areas; paying attention to doing veterinary activities well and effectively preventing epidemics.

2. Industry and small industry and handicrafts

The commune promotes local industrial encouragement activities; creates conditions for all the economic sectors to invest in business and production activities, expansion of capacity, innovation and application of science and technology to improve product quality and ensure environmental sanitation; and encourages small industry and handicrafts facilities to establish joint ventures and connect to consume products, attract local laborers and create jobs for them.

3. Trade, services and transport:

The commune coordinates with functional agencies to strictly control market prices of consumer goods to prevent speculation and unreasonable price increases; strengthens the State management of cooperatives in local business activities; regularly inspects and manages post-business registration; resolutely deals with mistakes and negative issues in business activities; investigates local individual production and business establishments; reviews and checks local means of transport for effective exploitation and meets people’s needs.

4. Developing cooperative economy and cooperatives:

Continuing to improve the quality of Quyet Tien Agriculture, Services and Trade Cooperative and existing cooperative groups; offering guidance to economic organizations for effective cooperation and in the right direction.

5. Education, training and science and technology:

Xuan My secondary school held a closing ceremony for the academic year.

Maintaining the implementation of universal education programs with emphasis on improving high school universal education; improving the activities of the Learning Promotion Association and the commune’s culture, sports and community learning center for the effectiveness of vocational training and universal education for the public.

Continuing to hold conferences to implement the projects of “Learning Family”, “Families of Learning”, “Learning Community” and “Learning Units”; promoting learning and talent promotion activities; improving the effectiveness of the community learning center; and making a better cooperation among families, schools and the society to improve students’ behaviors and prevent drug use at school.

6. Culture, information and sports:

Focusing on improving and creating clear changes in people’s cultural and spiritual life; giving better services to meet the demand for getting information and developing movements of physical training, sports, and entertainment for people; and arranging athletes to participate in sports and entertainment tournaments held by the district.

Disseminating propaganda information effectively to hold activities to celebrate major holidays; actively inspecting and dealing with unhealthy cultural activities; resolutely eliminating social evils and superstitions; stepping up the campaign of “All people unite to build a cultural life”; really bringing movements into depths of social life.

Diversifying gymnastics and sports activities to meet social entertainment needs; continuing to implement “The campaign for the entire people to do physical activities according to the example of the great Uncle Ho” associated with the movement of building cultural families, residential areas, agencies and civilized units.
