​Based on the ward’s condition the Party Committee and government propose several necessary solutions to step up economic its economic development, creating jobs and preventing unemployment. In addition, the ward gradual reforms toward an integrated economy of the country with science and technology application and appropriate land use planning. The annual development structure of industry, agriculture and trade-services meets and exceeds set targets.

1. Industry

Labor force is mainly workers in industrial parks and rubber workers in Thai Hiep Thanh Farm. The ward’s goal is that the rubber industry will make up 50 percent of its economy.

2. Agriculture

The local farmers mostly work on farms, striving for 20 percent of other sectors.

3. Trade, tourism and services

Currently this sector in the ward has underdeveloped, in future small scale trading plans to occupy 30 percent.
