The commune’s reality of land use: on December 31,
2018, the total natural land area of the commune is 4,787.69 ha, accounting
for 10.31% of the natural land area of Cam My district; the majority of
agricultural land accounts for 90.96% of the total area; and non-agriculture
land accounts for 9.04% of the total area.
Agricultural land area makes up 4,354.94 ha of the
total natural land area of the commune.
- Land for agricultural production is 4,318,18 ha,
accounting for 99.16% of agricultural land as follows:
+ Land for annual crops is 563.81 ha, accounting for
13.06% with rice cultivation land of 229.79 ha, accounting for 40.76% of the
annual crop area; other annual crop land is 334.03 ha, accounting for 59.24% of
the area of annual crop land.
+ Land for perennial crops is 3,754.36 ha,
accounting for 86.94% of agricultural production land with such major crops as
perennial industrial trees, fruit trees and other perennial trees.
- Land for aquaculture is 28.47 ha, accounting for
0.65% of agricultural land, and is used for freshwater fish farming.
- Other agricultural land is 8.29 ha, accounting for

+ The People's Committee of the commune has arranged
a part-time official to be in charge of the commune’s broadcasting activities.
+ The People's Committee of the commune has a radio
station with a total number of 22 clusters of devices and 44 loudspeakers that
have still operated normally.
- The commune’s e-portal: every year over 194
articles about the contents and the information on local political, and
socio-economic activities are posted on the portal.

Internet transmission lines covering all 8 hamlets with 100% of households using
fixed telephones and mobile phones, and an audio-visual information system.
Transport:
The national highways and provincial roads that run
through the commune: Song Nhan - Dau Giay road with a length of 12 km and
Communal Road 10 with a length of 7 km.

the commune has 100% km of inter-hamlet and inter-district roads that are
asphalted and its main roads have been concreted.
