1. Economic development:
- Encouraging households to
develop various types of industrial services (accommodation for workers, goods
manufacture, etc.), ensuring good security and order at the accommodation,
helping laborers and workers improve their cultural and spiritual life, and
mobilizing workers at the accommodation to take part in celebration activities
on days-off and holidays;
- Urging handicraft and trade
activities of private enterprises, cooperation groups, cooperatives, small-scale
trading services, and joint ventures with companies and factories based in the
locality;
- Organizing refresher and
professional training courses on agricultural extension, improving farmers’ sci-tech
background, promoting the application and replacement of crops to replicate
pilot models; converting and actively reclaiming mixed gardens, and practicing
production based on the market mechanism, and specialized commodity;
- Regularly repairing and
upgrading rural road system, and building infrastructure, people-funded works
for the community's interest to better satisfy the locals’ demand.
- Strengthening tax and revenue
collection according to the provisions of law; mobilizing unused money to
effectively provide capital for people to sustainably eradicate hunger and
reduce poverty and add to the local budget.
2. Building and improving
the quality of the New Countryside:
- Regularly reviewing and
comparing the local situation with goals in the Advanced New Countryside
Criteria Set of the Dong Nai People's Committee in the 2015-2020 period;
- Annually reviewing and
concluding to immediately overcome weaknesses and limitations to ensure real
improvements in rural and agricultural quality, especially dramatic changes in
farmers' life;
- Maintaining sustainable
economic growth in association with handling social issues and social security,
ensuring people really benefit from the outcome of the New Countryside.
3. Management and protection
of environment and natural resources:
Regularly reviewing land use
planning and plans in accordance with the regional planning of the province and
district; efficiently using public land assigned for management and use, setting
up boundary markers, and assigning to organizations and individuals to regularly
inspect and supervise;
Keeping the hygiene of water
supplies for production, proposing treatment agencies to limit wastewater from
industrial zones discharged to residential areas; guiding people to protect
environment and voluntarily implement, mobilizing local people and businesses to
comply with the regulations on waste, exhaust gas and domestic waste treatment
in residential areas; and urging small-scale breeders within residential areas
to relocate to designated places.
4. Development of education,
training, and science and technology:
- Taking advantage of the
district's investments for the construction of clusters of schools, including a
primary school in Hamlet 7 and 8;a kindergarten of Hamlet 2 and 3; proposing the
education sector and the District People's Committee for school equipment and
supplies every year to promptly repair and create green - clean - beautiful
spaces.
- Keeping regular close
coordination between schools, families and society to prevent drugs and violence
from entering schools.
- Encouraging the educational
socialization to open private preschools and kindergartens; executing the strict
management of schooling activities and create favorable conditions for
people-funded schools to operate in accordance with the State regulations.
- Organizing effectively study
promotion programs, encouraging and rewarding poor students with fondness for
learning, considering lending students to attend universities and colleges.
- Applying IT to the State
management and specialized management; gradually building up the commune’s
e-government and website for propaganda operation.
5. Social and cultural
development
Culture and sports:
- Completing the radio network
to hamlets; every quarter and on public holidays, campaigns need to deploy
mobile information vehicles to propagate and promote.
- Organizing cultural exchanges
for people of all classes to participate, propagating the people to respond well
to the movement of the entire people to train their bodies according to the
great example of Uncle Ho; and each year organizing at least one sports and
physical training competition.
- Repairing and upgrading the
hamlet cultural offices to create conditions for organizations and all people to
organize ethnic cultural activities in the residential community.
Health, population family
planning:
- Completing the health network
from commune to hamlets; closely combining Western medicine with the development
of Chinese medicine, effectively implementing national health programs;
effectively managing private medical and pharmaceutical activities; having food
stores and street food stalls to ensure food hygiene and safety; reorganizing
the teams of health workers to practice medical ethics and attitude to serve
people, and completing the assigned indicators on health and population;
- Continuing to foster
propagandas and implement HIV/AIDS prevention interventions according to
Directive 54-CT/TW; effectively managing social diseases, urging people to
voluntarily implement family planning measures; encouraging cadres and party
members not to have the third child.
Social policy, job creation
and poverty reduction:
- Well handling policies for
subjects, especially the families of martyrs, war invalids, and families with
meritorious services to the revolution, quickly, fully and promptly; paying
attention to and support social policy beneficiaries, the poor, those with
unexpected difficulties, disabilities, and loneliness;
- Organizing the propaganda and
education of laws, policies, and professional skills and vocational training for
all classes of people, especially the workforce, to coordinate job search and
introduction to handle jobless labor.
Religion and ethnicity
matters
- Firmly observing the
religious activities of the establishments in the locality, guiding those that
have not legally registered with the recognized administrative procedures for
management; asking worshiping establishments and all walks of life to follow the
law in their religious and belief activities;
- Building up core teams in
religions to set an example in operation and promptly reporting complex
developments in the local religious situation for timely response;
- Organizing meetings and
visiting religious establishments to create a harmonious relationship between
non-religious and religious people for their involvement in the local
development;
- Regularly evaluating the
situation of ethnic minority households’ life, supporting their economic
development, hunger eradication and poverty reduction, creating the equality
among ethnic groups and nondiscrimination against ethnic minorities.
