+ Xuan Tan borders on Hang Gon commune in Long Khanh town, Dong Nai province to the south;

+ Xuan Tan borders on Bau Sen commune in Long Khanh town, Dong Nai province to the west;

+ Xuan Tan borders on Xuan Loc district, Dong Nai province to the east.

- Xuan Tan is divided into 3 hamlets: Nong Doanh, Tan Phong, and Cam Tan.
