 To meet Xuan Tan’s children’s learning needs, its public school system includes Xuan Tan pre-school, which meets the national standards and is located on an area of ​​3,956 sqm with 8 classrooms, and 530 children;

+ Trung Vuong primary school, which meets the national standard and  is located on an area of ​​5,844 sqm with 21 classrooms, 21 classes, and 719 students;

+ Xuan Tan junior high school, which meets the national standards, and is located on an area of ​​9,717 sqm with 13 classrooms, 16 classes, and 536 students.

Xuan Tan has a medical station on an area of ​​1,108.7 sqm with 5 sick beds, and medical assistants including 1 doctor, and the communal medical station was recognized to satisfy the national standards in 2013. The medical station gives medical examination and treatment to an average number of about 6,800 patients per year. In addition, there are 6 medical examination and treatment facilities and 8 private medicine providers in Xuan Tan, giving medical examination and treatment to an average number of 3,000 patients per year, which has met the public demand for medical examination and treatment.

Xuan Tan has a community learning, culture, and sports center, 3 hamlet culture houses, 3 badminton courts, 6 volleyball courts, and 2 mini soccer fields.
