Based on the local specific features, the communal Party Committee and People’s Committee have proposed several key solutions to boosting and further improving the local existing socio-economic situation in order to secure people’s living conditions.

1. INDUSTRY

- Boosting economic restructuring and improving growth quality in line with infrastructure construction and socio-economic development.

- Encouraging investment; boosting and developing industrial production and small and handicraft industries; scaling up agricultural product and food processing industries; expanding fine-art and traditional crafts; striving for an average increase of 8 to 10 percent in revenue by 2020.

 2. AGRO - FORESTRY - FISHERY

- Concentrating investment on the development of agricultural production; and efficiently tapping into and appropriately making use of land resources for different crops; boosting the management and making full use of agricultural land resources; applying scientific and technological advances; restructuring crops properly; improving the efficiency of the management, exploitation and use of agro-forestry-fishery and natural resources; protecting and improving environmental quality; striving for an increase of 6 to 8 percent in agricultural production value by 2020.

 3. TRADE-TOURISM - SERVICES

- Encouraging investment in expanding the network of trade and services; providing agricultural supplies and essential consumer goods to meet people’s demand; applying scientific and technological advances to improve productivity and skill levels; making proper land reallocation, avoiding keeping land wasteful and unprofitable; reforming policies every year to achieve sustainable development, obtaining and exceeding planned targets; striving for a 6 - 8 percent annual average growth rate of trade and services.
