The total number of households in the commune is
2,522 with 12,137 people. The number of people at their working age is 7,796
with 15.06 % of industrial laborers, 62.59% of agricultural laborers, and 22.35
% of commercial laborers.

3. Mineral resources:
Xuan Bao’s forest area of 24 ha includes Melaleuca,
Dipterocarpaceae and Hopea odorata.
4. Communications:
Currently, the commune has 832 telephones/2,522
households and so in the future the commune is supposed to have a specific plan
to help people gain an access to more technology and science.
5. Transport:
Xuan Bao has an inter-commune line of 6 km in length
with 60% of the central roads being paved.
