Continuing to further expand the production scale of small industry and handicrafts for production and job generation in order to increase the public income and living standard such as mechanical repair, agricultural product processing, handicraft and consumer goods making for exports and agricultural production, and so on; organizing meetings with production facilities to have an exchange, encourage and give business owners a peace of mind to conduct production activities, achieve good results, and comply with legal provisions; encouraging forms and types of cooperation in small industry and handicrafts production activities in accordance with to the local reality.

2. AGRICULTURE - FORESTRY - FISHERY

Focusing on accelerating the agricultural development progress in a comprehensive manner; continuing to shift the crops structure towards industrial, perennial and fruit trees; stepping up specialized farming to achieve high quality and yield; investing in depth and expanding and applying scientific and technological advances into production activities; and building some areas of fruit trees with a high turnover.

3. TRADE - SERVICES - TOURISM

Continuing to develop trade and service activities to promote local advantages and geographical location; assisting people to innovate their business methods to fully grasp the needs and taste of the rural market, exploit sources of goods that ensure quality and prices to improve product quality and competitiveness to build customers’ trust; having product quality meet the needs of consumers at a right time and a right place for people’s production activities and lives; boosting up the development of local trade and service networks, especially in far-flung and hard-to-access areas to establish close links among producers, buyers and sellers.
