Suoi Tre’s industrial, small industrial and handicrafts production activities of manufacturing establishments and businesses have continued to change for the better; and the production value of mechanical engineering, and machinery processing for agricultural production has increased.

2. AGRICULTURE – FORESTRY - FISHERY

Suoi Tre’s agricultural production value reached VND117.228 billion, up by 18.4% over the same period 2016. Particularly, cultivation attained VND64.48 billion, up by 4% over the same period 2016; livestock attained VND52.748 billion, up by 42% over the same period 2016.

3. SERVICES - TRADE - TOURISM

Suoi Tre’s trade and service activities have been maintained and continued to develop, better and better meeting the public needs. There are now 346 establishments of trade-services, and industry-small industry and handicrafts in Suoi Tre, which are regular taxpayers including 58 industrial establishments, 2 construction establishments, 145 wholesale and retail establishments, 24 accommodation services establishments, 71 food and drink services providers, 13 transport services and warehouses establishments, 7 information technology service providers, and 28 establishments of other services; 59 limited and private companies including 2 foreign companies, which are managed by Long Khanh town and 12 vehicles of all kinds that are transporting goods and passengers transport for tourists; and heavy vehicles for construction, transport, irrigation, and so on.

4. EDUCATION

Suoi Tre has 6 schools (3 pre-schools, 1 primary school, 1 junior high school, and 1 high school). Particularly, 4 schools have met the national standards; all the schools have met the standards of school and class sizes, facilities and equipment. Suoi Tre has fully completed the program of primary and junior high school educational universalization and preserved the preschool educational universalization activities for 5-year-old children; Suoi Tre’s rate of calling for the first-grade children to go to school has reached 100%; and 100% of Suoi Tre’s 5-year-old kids go to kindergartens.

Suoi Tre’s cultural house: Suoi Tre’s community learning, culture and sports center and 4 cultural houses have managed to maintain their activities in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Also, Suoi Tre has 4 volleyball courts on an area of ​​648 sqm, 3 football fields on an area of ​​28,536 sqm, an artificial grass football field on an area of ​​1,200 sqm, 2 badminton courts on an area of ​​164 sqm and 1 tennis court on an area of ​​1,000 sqm.
