- Phuoc Thien commune borders on Dong Mon river to the north.

- Phuoc Thien commune borders on Hiep Phuoc township and Nhon Trach 1 industrial park to the south and the east.

- Phuoc Thien commune borders on Phu Hoi commune, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province to the west.
