3. Communications:

The reality of the commune’s communications:

+ There are Internet points in each hamlet.

+ There is a service point for post and telecommunications.

4. Transport:

- Phuoc Thien has approximately 10 km of roads including about 5 km of Provincial Road 769 (Ly Thai To street), 3 km of Road 319 (Tran Phu street). Especially, the project of construction and expansion of Road 319 is underway and is about to be completed. This road connects the industrial park that runs through Phuoc Thien commune with the expressway, which is a favorable transport condition for traveling and having transactions with other communes, districts and provinces to create favorable conditions for local socio-economic development.

- Thanks to the support of the State budget and people’s contributions, Phuoc Thien’s transport system has also been gradually improved and 100% of its rural roads are covered with hard materials, which do not cause muddiness in the rainy season. Particularly, 20% of the roads in alley are asphalted, and 70% are concreted, which makes it easier for people to travel.
