- The trade and services related activities in Xuan Thanh ward have developed stably with plentiful and diverse goods in terms of designs, types, and quality, which have step by step met consumers’ requirements.

- In 2007, Xuan Thanh ward built Xuan Thanh market and regularly arranges and stabilizes trading places to create favorable conditions for the household businesses that can meet people’s shopping needs.

- In July 2011, Xuan Thanh ward established Xuan Thanh Trade - Services Cooperative that has gone into operation.
