Dong Hoa commune borders Trung Hoa commune of Trang Bom district in Dong Nai province to the north; Lo 25 commune of Thong Nhat district and Binh An commune of Long Thanh district in Dong Nai province to the south; Trung Hoa commune of Trang Bom district in Dong Nai province to the west; Hung Thinh commune of Trang Bom disitrict in Dong Nai province to the east.
