1. ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT
- Promoting and encouraging
households to develop industrial services (housing for workers, manufacturing,
etc.) and ensure good security and order in the inns, help workers and laborers
improve their spiritual and cultural life and gather and mobilize workers in the
inns to join the campaign activities on holidays and days-off.
- Encouraging small-handicraft
and trade activities of private enterprises, cooperation groups, cooperatives,
small-scale trading services, joint ventures with companies and factories in the
commune.
- Organizing refresher and
professional training courses on agricultural extension, improving the
scientific and technical background of farmers, fostering the application and
replacement of crops to replicate pilot models, converting and actively
renovating mixed gardens, manufacturing specialized goods according to the
market mechanism.
- Regularly repairing and
upgrading rural transport system, building infrastructure, people-funded works
for the community's interests to effectively serve people’s needs.
- Fostering the collection of
taxes and other revenues according to the provisions of law; mobilizing unused
capital sources to effectively provide capital for people to sustainably
eradicate hunger and reduce poverty, and better supplementing the commune
budget.

CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF NEW COUNTRYSIDE QUALITY
- Regularly reviewing and
comparing the local situation with criteria in the advanced New Countryside
Criteria set of the Dong Nai People's Committee in the 2015 – 2020 period;
- Annually reviewing and building
up experience to immediately overcome weaknesses and unfulfilled fields to
ensure the real improvement of the rural areas quality in agriculture,
especially farmers' lives are sharply improved;
- Maintaining sustainable
economic growth associated with social issues and social security; people really
benefit from the outcomes of the new countryside.
3. MANAGEMENT
AND PROTECTION OF ENVIRONMENT AND RESOURCES
Regularly reviewing the land use
planning and plans in accordance with the regional planning of the province and
district; efficiently using public land assigned for management and use, setting
up boundary markers, and assigning to organizations and individuals to regularly
inspect and supervise.
Effectively protecting the
hygiene of water sources in production, proposing treatment agencies to limit
the pollution of wastewater discharged from industrial parks into the
environment in residential area; instructing people to protect environment and
voluntarily register to implement, mobilizing local people and businesses to
comply with regulations on waste, exhaust gas and domestic waste treatment in
residential areas; mobilizing small-scale animal raisers in residential areas to
relocate to designated places.
4. DEVELOPMENT
OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
- Urging regular coordination
closely between schools, families and the society to prevent drugs from entering
schools, and violence in schools.

- Organizing propaganda and
education on laws, policies, professional skills, vocational training for all
classes of people, especially the workforce, to coordinate search and introduce

activities of establishments in the area, guiding establishments that have not
legally registered with the administrative procedures for management;
