The propaganda activities related how to build a cultural life in residential areas are integrated

Accordingly, the implementation of the “All people unite to build a cultural life” movement and the construction of new rural cultural communes and townships with urban civilization are considered a key and regular task of levels of Party committees and authorities at grassroots to district levels; the awareness of classes of people of the “All people unite to build a cultural life” movement associated with the construction of new rural cultural communes has been improved. As a result, 94.36% of hamlets and neighborhoods have maintained the title of cultural hamlets and quarters; 16 townships reached the level at which two communes showed a great transformation in the prevention and control of drug addiction and prostitution, accounting for 94.12%; 99.08% of families met the required standards for cultural families; and so on.

During the conference, participants joined in discussions and pointed out the weaknesses to be overcome as well as set out directions and tasks to be performed in 2019.

Trang Bom district granted certificates to 16 communes and townships reaching the level at which two communes and townships had a strong transformation in the prevention of drug addiction and prostitution; and 67 hamlets and quarters that have maintained and achieved cultural standards in 2018; 16 cultural boarding houses.

The district’s People’s Committee also awarded certificates of merit to 42 collectives and 59 individuals with their outstanding achievements in the “All people unite to build a cultural life” movement in 2018 and handed over prizes to 12 works that won prizes at the photo contest of “Trang Bom People’s Beauty” on the occasion of the 15th Anniversary of the district’s establishment.
