If large-scale breeding pig suppliers do not continue to supply breeding pigs for the livestock facilities out of the system, the province will consider and place orders with businesses to provide breeding pigs for farmers when necessary

In order to effectively raise pig herds again and develop sustainable livestock activities, according to Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Chanh, livestock activities are conducted towards the model of farms, industry and connection in production associated with product consumption through cooperation among livestock facilities and businesses producing and trading animal feeds; and purchasing, slaughtering and trading animals and animal products.

For the households with livestock cages but without demand for re-raising pigs, it is necessary to encourage cooperation with businesses and sign leasing and investment contracts into livestock production activities.
