Previously, these 5 communes were recognized to meet
all improved new countryside criteria by the whole assessment council.
In order to improve these criteria, the provincial
Assessment Council asked localities to continue to maintain, consolidate, and
improve the quality of criteria, especially for the newly-achieved criteria such
as low sustainability, the rate of people participating in health insurance,
preserving social order, implementing the “All people protect the national
security” movements, replicating self-management models on the security and
order in residential areas, preventing serious cases, and making new rural areas
bright, green, clean and beautiful; and so on.
