Agriculture: Xuan Trung’s ​​agricultural land area, types of major fruit trees, advantages in agriculture in the commune, cattle and poultry livestock:

Xuan Trung’s ​​agricultural land area is 19.18 ha. Particularly, the area of annual crops is ​​1.73 ha, accounting for 9.07% of agricultural production area and all land area is flat land for planting other annual crops. The land for perennial trees covers an area of ​​17.39 hectares, accounting for 90.93% of agricultural land with mainly fruit trees.

The non-agriculture land covers an area of ​​80.6 ha, accounting for 80.82% of the natural area including 50.46 ha of residential land, accounting for 63.85% of the non-agriculture land; the residential land concentrated along main roads, inter-quarters, residential areas, and special-use land of 27.79 ha, accounting for 34.48% of non-agriculture land including the construction land for offices, security land, construction land for non-business facilities, non-agriculture production and business land, land for public use, land for Catholic facilities, land for religious belief facilities, and so on.

Xuan Trung has relatively stable commercial and services activities, and diverse and abundant goods which meet consumers’ shopping needs, and a total number of 2,380 business households.

Xuan Trung’s product value in 2018 was VND445,642 billion, reaching 100.6% as planned, up by 18.6% over the same period.

3. EDUCATION

4. HEALTH

The information on Xuan Trung’s medical station: the medical station was established on March 1, 2004 but its 8 functional rooms and 5 patient’s beds were not put into operation until 2010. The modern equipment has been fully equipped.

5. CULTURE

The information on Xuan Trung’s cultural house - cultural activities: Xuan Trung has not had a cultural house; therefore, cultural and sporty activities are concentrated in such private places as “British gym” and “Anh Quan mini football field”. Xuan Trung has built clubs like “Exercise Club for the Elderly”; and “Lion Dance Club”. Every year, Xuan Trung holds a “Karaoke singing contest” and a “Cooking contest” for people to participate in musical activities and games. Also, Xuan Trung had 5 quarters to participate in the inter-quarter or cultural hamlet activities that are held by Long Khanh town.
