Rice ATMs support people with difficulties due to
COVID-19
Accordingly, a number of required measures to
prevent and control epidemics are wearing masks in public places, outside
workplaces and schools, and on means of public transport; using hand sanitizers
to ensure personal hygiene; strengthening laboratories’ capacity to determine
COVID-19; preparing machines and biological products; ensuring all necessary
facilities for testing; monitoring and updating the development of the epidemic,
diagnostic techniques and bio-products to adjust testing activities to satisfy
requirements for preventing and controlling the epidemic; and preparing
hospitals, treatment facilities and necessary conditions for the treatment of
patients infected with COVID-19 and other possible diseases.
In addition, it is necessary to ease social
distancing by removing it and limiting the number of seats on means of public
transport like coaches, ships, trains and so on; allow reopening and removing
social distancing for business and production, trading and service facilities
with the requirement for taking such safety measures as wearing masks, using
hand sanitizers. Particularly, service providers such as restaurants and food
facilities are only requested to wash their hands with hand sanitizers.
It is essential to organize physical training and
sporty activities and others attracting large crowds with such requirements as
ensuring security and safety like wearing masks and washing hands with
sanitizers; allowing reopening health facilities but having to satisfy patients’
demand for medical examination and treatment; continuing to suspend the
operation of discotheques and karaoke services until further notice; applying no
distancing in schools and classrooms; not requiring students to wear masks in
classrooms; strengthening measures to clean up and disinfect surfaces,
classrooms, and toilets to ensure a good ventilation in classrooms; having
students keep their personal hygiene and wash hands with sanitizers frequently.
Department of Education and Training was assigned to
plan and well organize the high school graduation exam to ensure correct and
objective results; deploy and direct educational institutions to fully take
measures to prevent and control COVID-19 in schools.
Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism needs to
urgently direct and instruct localities how to develop communication plans on
safe destinations through specific and practical jobs in line with local
epidemic development; promote domestic tourism; proactively organize markets and
prepare plans to reactivate international tourism markets at an appropriate
time.
Working online at home as social distancing
requirements
Department of Health, a standing agency of the
Steering Committee for Prevention and Control of Coronavirus in the province
should be based on the directions of the Prime Minister, the National Steering
Committee for Fighting against COVID-19 pandemic and local reality; coordinate
with concerned departments, agencies, units, and localities to give instructions
on appropriate COVID-19 prevention and control measures; strengthen community
inspection and supervision for early detection, quarantine, and elimination of
the epidemic; continue to instruct health facilities to actively monitor the
health of people in the community and give instructions on how to deal with the
situation in which there are a suspected case of infection, COVID-19 positive
case, and other diseases.
Directors of departments, committees, sectors, and
Chairmen of People’s Committees of districts and cities gave directions to
prevent and control COVID-19 in the province; strengthened management,
inspection and supervision in agencies, units and localities; promptly handled
organizations, units, establishments and individuals that violate the
regulations on the prevention and control of COVID-19
