areas
According to the project, the southwestern region of
the province is under the scope of the project including Bien Hoa and Long Khanh

Vinh Cuu district.
The project is to develop an urban agriculture of
various types and value chains in a sustainable manner on the basis of applying
hi-tech and coping with climate change. Simultaneously, it is essential continue
to accelerate the restructuring of agriculture towards diversifying types of
urban agricultural production, associating traditional agriculture with hi-tech
agriculture, and making products towards cleanliness, thereby improving
productivity, quality and safety level of products; and associating production
with consumer markets, processing industries, and urbanization process. In
addition, developing an urban agriculture contributes to improving the urban
landscape and stabilizing the ecological environment.
