Training how to apply IT provided for teachers at all levels of school

Applying IT in the Education and Training’s teaching, learning and managerial tasks aims to meet the needs for and the trends of modern technology development; agree upon managing data in a centralized way and using schools’ records and books on the Internet to ensure the integrity from Department of Education and Training to its divisions and schools. Accordingly, in the period of 2019-2020 the Education and Training is expected to apply IT to the use of electronic report cards, roll-call books, and electronic scoring; and to the management, use and printing report cards from the software.

Simultaneously, the Education and Training will continue to build and put into use digital data warehouse and learning material, a shared online question bank, and an E-learning lesson plans warehouse combined with digitalized Viet intellectual system; produce teaching solutions combined with blended learning solutions; improve the IT training for manager officials, teachers and staff in school.

In order to apply IT to the management of units’ records, Dong Nai Department of Education and Training asked schools to prepare adequate facilities, technologies and personnel to apply the e-document to students’ roll-call books, report cards, and academic performance books; take an initiative to select the correct and full student management software; especially select student management software accurately and fully to ensure both confidentiality and safety of students’ personal information.
