Phu Binh’s total number of small industry and handicrafts production facilities is 48 including 2 private businesses and 6 limited companies attracting more than 227 employees.

2. AGRICULTURE – FORESTRY -  FISHERY

Phu Binh’s agricultural land area is​​126.81 ha which is mainly planted with such fruit trees as rambutans, durians, pepper, and so on. Phu Binh has also strengthened animal quarantine, strictly controlled slaughtering and transport of cattle and poultry.

3. SERVICE - TRADE - TOURISM

Phu Binh’s commercial and services activities have basically met people’s consumption demand for goods and services and local purchasing and selling is stable. Particularly, Phu Binh’s trade and services sector has 143 facilities.

4. EDUCATION

 

Phu Binh has 2 schools: Phu Binh primary school and Phu Binh kindergarten. Phu Binh kindergarten has been recognized to meet national standards.

The number of teachers for each level of schools:

+ Phu Binh primary school: 39 teachers.

+ Phu Binh kindergarten: 25 teachers (including 7 pre-school teachers and 18 kindergarten teachers).

Phu Binh’s medical station is active enough to maintain a permanent regime at the station, provide medical examination and treatment, always enhance their attitude to patients, and improve medical examination and treatment. Also, Phu Binh’s medical station is fully equipped with basic medical equipment to ensure common medical examination and treatment, thereby raising the number of patients to the station compared to the previous year.

6. CULTURE

+ The information on Phu Binh’s cultural house: Phu Binh has 2 cultural quarters combined with science and technology information points, which regularly maintain their activities to meet local people’s needs to enjoy cultural value.

- Phu Binh joins hands in organizing cultural and musical exchange activities, artistic performances, and sporty competitions inside and outside the ward; forming bookcases to meet the needs of people from all walks of life; maintaining such activities as reading, counseling, learning promotion, and education for people’s children to help prevent social evils.

Also, Phu Binh opens classes such as dance, music, martial arts, and so on and regularly hold the monthly and quarterly activities for clubs, teams, and groups to make more specific plans, practice more regularly to improve techniques and skills to participate in the contests organized by Long Khanh town, and have exchanges with other units.
