According to the report presented at the Congress, in its term of 2015-2020 the Party cell of Bau Ham secondary school obtained some positive achievements. This is a Party cell directly under the Party Committee of Trang Bom district and it now has 26 official Party members and 2 Party members on probation. In the term of 2015-2020, the school’s levels of Party committee, staff and Party members have shown their spirit of unity and agreement to overcome difficulties and successfully complete the objectives and tasks set out in the Party Congress’s resolution by the Party cell; maintain a stable number of students; and continually increase educational quality. Up to now, Bau Ham school has had 82 standard and above-standard teachers, more than 1,300 students at both levels of middle and high school. Every year, about 80% of the school’s students obtain good and excellent academic achievements and the high school graduation rate is over 95%. Also, the construction of the Party and the activities of organizations and unions have received both interest and attention, and the school’s Party cell has won the “clean and strong” title for many years. The congress participants were bold to point out both shortcomings and weaknesses in the past term and set out the goals, tasks and solutions to be implemented in the 2020-2025 term.

The Congress also elected an Executive Committee composed of 5 members. Mr. Hoang Van Bac was elected to continue holding the position of Secretary of the school’s Party cell for the term of 2020-2025.

Previously, the 4th Congress of the Party cell of Trang Bom district People’s Court in the term of 2020-2025 took place on the morning of May 15, 2020 with the participation of 26 Party members.

In the past term, there were still difficulties, especially in terms of the number of judicial titles that have not been able to meet the growing number of cases to be dealt with but the collective of the Party cell of the People’s Court has united and focused on its leadership, strived to achieve quite comprehensive results in all aspects. Particularly, most of the main targets have met and exceeded the targets set in the Resolution. The court has completed nearly 7,200 cases, reaching 98%, up by 2,310 cases over the previous term. The effectiveness and progress of solving cases have been significantly improved. In the past 5 years, there have been no cases of wrong conviction for those who are not guilty or commit crimes. Thanks to its annual achievements, the People’s Court of Trang Bom district won the “Outstanding labor collective” title in 2019 and was awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Supreme People’s Court.

In addition, the Party cell has paid attention to effective political and ideological education; focused on leading, organizing and implementing learning themes and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style, associated with the implementation of regulations on setting an example. In terms of the building of Party organs, the principles of organization and Party activities are ensured. Also, to follow the principles of developing Party members the school’s Party cell has admitted 11 Party members, far exceeding the targets of 7 Party members set in the resolution; strengthened its inspection and supervision in the period of 2015-2020; therefore, the Party cell had no officials and Party members that had violations or were disciplined.

In the term of 2020-2025, the Party cell of the People’s Court of Trang Bom district attempted to successfully carry out the objectives and targets in the resolution; well perform judgment-passing functions concerning violations and civil disputes; further improve both political and ideological education for officials and Party members associated with the continual effective implementation of the central government’s Resolution no. 4 (12th tenure), the Politburo’s Directive no. 05-CT/TW and exemplary regulations; create a dramatic change in both awareness and action in performing the tasks of the judiciary staff according to Uncle Ho’s teachings like craftsmanship, justice, indifference; pay attention to assessing, planning, training and retraining of officials associated with the effective implementation of inspection and supervision tasks according to the Party’s regulations.

The Congress elected a new Party Committee composed of 3 members and Mr. Nguyen Manh Dan continued to be trusted in and elected the Secretary of the school’s Party cell for the term of 2020-2025.

On the same day, the Party Committee of Giang Dien commune held the 4th Congress in the term of 2020-2025.

The report of the Party Committee of Giang Dien commune said, in the past term thanks to its solidarity and determination the Party Committee and people of Giang Dien commune have strived to achieve encouraging results. Thanks to its commune’s comprehensive economic development, up to now the commune has completed 17 out of 19 improved new countryside criteria; the commune’s per capita income is estimated at VND66 million/person/year, an increase of VND28.5 million/person/year compared to 2015. The building of the Party and the implementation of the Politburo’s Directive no. 5 on learning and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style, and the central government’s Resolution no. 4 (12th tenure) were seriously carried out with the aim of creating a wide spread. Also, both management and administration of the government, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations and unions have shown a lot of innovations. Every year, the commune’s Party Committee is assessed to remarkably complete its tasks.

According to its outlines, the Party Committee of Giang Dien commune has set out the tasks to compete for the title of “Improved new countryside standard commune” in 2022 and the title of “Clean and strong” Party Committee.

The Congress elected the Executive Party Committee in the period of 2020-2025 composed of 11 members; the delegation to attend the district’s Party Congress; cast votes for the personnel of the commune’s Party Secretary in the term of 2020-2025; and pass the action program to carry out the resolution of the Party Congress in the term of 2020-2025.
