​Through the inspection conducted in An Binh ward, making entrusted loans via Dong Nai Social Policy Bank in the first 4 months of 2019 has showed that the total outstanding loans reached VND1,506,700 with 74 borrower households including providing 2 loan programs for poor households and students; generating jobs; collecting debts worth VND288 million; collecting interest up to VND30.9 million; and raising and depositing savings worth over VND97 million.

However, in the first 4 months of 2019 the rate of savings among the population is still low, very few student households borrow loans, and some new documents of Dong Nai Social Policy Bank have not been implemented and updated frequently, and so on.

In the forthcoming time, Bien Hoa city’s Youth Union will continue to coordinate with Dong Nai Social Policy Bank to conduct an inspection at the units that have properly and fully carried out trusted contents according to the written agreements of associations, unions, and organizations on how to make loans with poor households and other government-policy beneficiaries; pay attention to improving and managing entrusted loans; further disseminate propaganda activities and information on the great importance of the Party and the State’s guidelines and policies and credit policies for poor households and other government policy beneficiaries to women’s union officials and members to identify their rights and obligations to pay debts promptly and fully for the Social Policy Bank.
