Through its inspection, the inspection team gave
warnings to 43 violations and imposed administrative sanctions for 7 violations
concerning giving away leaflets illegally and parking at wrong places with fines
totaling VND2.6 million according to Article no 61, Decree no. 28/2017/ND-CP and
Article no. 6, Decree no. 100/2019 /ND-CP.
In the coming time, the Inter-sector Inspection Team
814 of Trang Bom district will continue to promote its dissemination of
propaganda information, and closely inspect and supervise the district’s
cultural business activities, cultural services, and information and
communication to promptly show people how to strictly comply with legal
provisions.
